About Us

Melissa Bull (Physiotherapist & owner) - has
had 3 children herself and worked extensively in the field
of pilates rehabilitation & Womens Health. Throughout
her 3 pregnancies she suffered pelvic joint pain so understands
the importance of managing this in pregnancy and recovery
postnatally.
Melissa has previously managed a large pilates/physiotherapy
studio in Toorak, and then developed an interest in Womens
Health working at Cabrini providing childbirth education
classes and on the maternity ward consulting women after
childbirth, giving exercises & advice for the post natal
recovery. Melissa also lectures at Fitnation for Personal
Training Certification on topics such as: swiss ball exercises,
pilates and pre-post natal exercises. Melissa has trained
extensively in pilates completing Level 1-4 in clinical
pilates and Polestar Rehabilitation certification.
Other Instructors include:
Kate Cowlishaw(physiotherapist) - mother of 2, trained
in pilates previously managing the pilates studio at Olympic
Park. She now also works at Dynamic stability pilates studio
in Richmond. Kate also lectures at Fitnation in pilates
exercise for Personal Trainers.
Samantha Greenshields (physiotherapist)- mother
of 1, also trained in pilates and currently working part
time at In Sync pilates studio in Camberwell.
Kerry Brown (physiotherapist)- currently pregnant
with her 3rd child due in May, Kerry has also been working
at Insync Pilates Studio in Camberwell.
The classes are designed and instructed by Physiotherapists'
and are therefore safe & effective for Pregnancy and
beyond. Modifications can be provided to those who have
specific injuries, back or pelvic joint pain, DRAM and/or
following Caesarian section recovery.
